What happens on the call.

You describe what is going on. I tell you what I think it is, and whether I am the right person for it. If I am not, I will say so and point you somewhere better.

Sixty minutes, and no deck.

Four things worth knowing before you book.

It is me, on my own

Not a discovery specialist, and not an associate who hands you over later.

Bring the situation, not a brief

You do not need to have diagnosed anything. Most people arrive able to describe what it feels like and unable to say what it is. That is the normal starting point.

You will not be asked anything private

Not on this call, and not in any of the work that might follow.

It costs nothing and it is not a sales call

Sometimes the honest answer is that you do not need me, and I would rather reach that in sixty minutes than in a proposal.

If you are not ready.

Booking a call is a bigger step than it looks when you are not yet sure what you are dealing with. Two smaller ones.

Or take the four minute audit

It produces something concrete to talk about, which makes the eventual call shorter and better.

Take the audit

Before you book.

Is this therapy?

No. My background is doctoral research, not clinical practice, and this is education rather than care. Nobody is asked to disclose anything personal, and if what you are describing needs a clinician I will tell you that on the call.

What does the work cost?

There is no price list, because scope is what drives it. After a sixty minute conversation you get a proposal you can read in one sitting. What we are doing, what we are watching, and what it costs. No deck, and no obligation to go ahead.

How quickly could we start?

The conversation itself is easy to arrange. The work starts once the scope and the measures are agreed, which is usually one proposal and one round of questions. If you are working to a date, put it in the form and I will tell you straight away whether it is possible.

Do you work remotely?

Parts of it. Assessment, planning and follow-up work over video. The practice needs people in the same room, because rehearsing a hard conversation depends on reading each other in real time. Most work ends up a mix.

What if we are not a fit?

Then I say so on this call, and that is the end of it. No proposal arrives afterwards.

Still here? Book it.

Every session left me lighter, brighter, and more able to find my center in times of dysregulation.

You have read the whole page, which means the answer is probably yes. Sixty minutes, and the worst outcome is that I tell you it is not me you need.
